What is the right plan for me?
If you are exploring Rurk, start on Free. Most teams generating regularly choose Pro for the higher credit allowance and brand training, while larger organizations should talk to us about Enterprise.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Annual plans can also be paid via invoice on request — reach out to our team to set it up.
How does credit-based pricing work?
Every AI action — generation, edit, upscale — uses a small number of credits depending on its complexity. Your monthly allowance refreshes automatically with your billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. We size plans generously so most teams comfortably fit within their monthly allowance.
Can I get credits back for results I'm not happy with?
If a generation fails or returns clearly broken output, our support team will gladly refund the credits. Just reach out with the job ID and we'll take care of it.
